T3's Alignment Model
Our Alignment Model depicts the linkages that ultimately determine the success of individual initiatives and the overall organization. Beginning at the top of the model (below), we work with our clients to carefully harmonize the six critical organizational functions. As we work through the sequence with our clients, we also teach them how to lead this process in the future, thereby ensuring that they are able to effectively manage the change and growth necessary for the long-term success of their organization.
