Wendy Mack founded T3 Consulting in 2001. As president, Wendy provides thought leadership and strategic direction for our business. In addition, she regularly consults with clients on the design and implementation of programs to support strategic initiatives and key organizational changes. Wendy has created training programs, performance management tools, and employee brand awareness campaigns for a variety of clients in the high-tech, non-profit, and government services industries.

Wendy also has a personal passion for inspiring and informing audiences. As an experienced facilitator, Wendy has worked with numerous in-house trainers to improve their own presentation and classroom management skills. As a speaker, she specializes in the development and delivery of presentations that help companies get their employees at all levels to understand, feel excited about, and take accountability for implementing key strategies.

• She holds a Master of Arts in Organizational Communication from The University of Maryland.
• She is an active member of the National Speakers Association (NSA), the Human Resources Leadership Forum (HRLF), and the Society for Human Resources (SHRM) and is certified as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR).
• She helped to found the Washington Area HRD/OD Book Club more than 10 years ago and remains a devoted member.
